We would love for you to attend one of our monthly general membership meetings. Any MOSC member would be happy to have you as their guest. Typically held on the 3rd Thursday of the month, these are social events hosted by various spouse organizations on base. Smaller clubs also meet throughout the year for activities such as Bunko, stamping, bowling and many others. Clubs continue to form as new interests are represented in MOSC. Our relationship with local Japanese counterparts allows for priceless cultural experiences.
Our area of giving back to the community not only encompasses organizations inside the gates, but around Misawa and across oceans. We have a fantastic Thrift Shop which is an invaluable resource to the Misawa community. Not only can you give your time to volunteer and used treasures to consign and donate, but the funds generated at the Thrift Shop go right back to Misawa organizations. Our scholarship, spouse tuition, and welfare program are all funded by our Thrift Shop.
