The Misawa Officer Spouses Club is committed to helping enrich
the quality of life on Misawa Air Base.

Careful planning and completion for each request is essential since all requests may need to be reviewed by additional parties, (ie, MOSC Board and/or the general MOSC membership).

All completed requests must be received by noon on the second Monday of the month, in order to be considered at that month’s Welfare Committee meeting.

Requests should be sent either of the following ways:
1. Emailed to the Welfare Chair using the MS Word form you have filled out on your computer.
2. Mailed to the Welfare Chair using the form you downloaded, printed, and filled out.
3. You can use the MPS system if you're already here in Misawa.

Note: All requests must be presented to the principal or vice-principal for a signature of approval before being submitted to the MOSC Welfare site.

Note: The MOSC will not provide funding for travel or travel expenses for any school sports team or club. Requests for Sports Teams cannot exceed $750.00
