The Misawa Officer Spouses Club is committed to helping enrich
the quality of life on Misawa Air Base.
Careful planning and completion for each request is essential since all requests may need to be reviewed by additional parties, (ie, MOSC Board and/or the general MOSC membership).
All completed requests must be received by noon on the second Monday of the month, in order to be considered at that month’s Welfare Committee meeting.
Requests should be sent via e-mail to the Welfare Chair using the MS Word form you have filled out on your computer.
* If your plans for use of the funds change, you must notify us in writing requesting to amend your original Welfare Request within 30 days of the receipt of the award. MOSC funds can never be used for individual gain.
* We reserve the right to audit your receipts for any and all purchases. Please keep all documentation on file for 6 months.
* Failure to comply with these stipulations may result in your organization being looked upon unfavorably for future requests and/or asked to reimburse the MOSC for funds not used for their intended purpose.
Note: All requests must be presented to the principal or vice-principal for a signature of approval before being submitted to the MOSC Welfare site.
Note: The MOSC will not provide funding for travel or travel expenses for any school sports team or club. Requests for Sports Teams cannot exceed $750.00
